Keeping in touch  

It is our privilege to be appointed as your agent to market perhaps one of your largest assets.  We take this role seriously and will take all steps to keep you informed throughout the marketing campaign.  Each client has different requirements when it comes to keeping in touch and we are happy to discuss the best method of contact with you and how often.

Offers from interested parties

We will contact you and notify you of any interest in the property.  All offers will be presented in writing.
Duffy Real Estate also conjunct with all other agents that have a buyer interested in your property. Therefore any agent can sell your property.

Open for inspections

It is our intention to expose your property to the market in its best light to enhance the features it displays.  Some people do not like having their home opened to the public, so we let you choose, you can either have Home Opens or View By Appointments, whichever is best for you. We are happy to discuss all the options with you.

Security

Every person who enters your property will be asked to provide their name and contact telephone number.  This allows us to contact them for feedback and their thoughts on the property and if there is any interest in purchasing it.  It also allows us to keep record of who has visited your property for security reasons.

We recommend removing any valuable jewellery or artefacts or at least placing them in a secure position in the home during the Open Home times throughout the marketing campaign.

Keys

A set of keys provided is an advantage if there is a possibility that you are not at home for those unexpected inspections.  We will always contact you for a suitable time to inspect and as much as possible work within your time frames.  However, if this is not possible we shall always leave a card to let you know we have visited the property and will contact you shortly afterwards with the comments from the prospective purchaser. We follow the sale from the first inspection to the handing over of the keys to the new owners, to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for all parties.

Celebration

At the end of the process it is time to celebrate and wish you well and perhaps do further business with you in the future or receive our greatest compliment – to be recommended to your friends and associates.
